Interior Painting/Exterior Painting

It is generally recommended to repaint the exterior of your home every 5-10 years, depending on the climate and the type of siding material you have. In New Jersey because the climate varies you may need to repaint more often if your home is exposed to harsh weather conditions or if the paint is starting to fade or peel. Homes on the water require additional considerations than painting a home inland. The salty air and strong winds can take a toll on the exterior paint, it is imperative to use paint specified for coastal areas. The contractor can go over the best paints that suit the needs of your home’s surface.
